Description
The BC-12 is a large vertical wall bed that contains within it a queen-size bed. It is perfect for couples, in a studio apartment, where floor space is limited and a standard bed is not practical. It features a noiseless opening system, supported by a pneumatic mechanism. Duvet straps are included and LED lights are compatible.

ASSEMBLY AND WALL MOUNTING
Wall beds must be fixed directly to a solid structure such as brick, concrete or a solid timber frame. Wall beds must not be fixed to a plasterboard or similar unless there is a solid structure underneath it. Wall fixings for your specific type of wall can be purchased at a local DIY store.

Does your stock come flat packed or ready assembled?
Both! Many of our items are hand-crafter, sustainably sourced, solid wood products and are delivered fully assembled, while other designs come flat packed and require assembly. Product descriptions should identify which applies to each product.
How can I place an order?
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add to cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your cart later) and when you are done shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We offer you an easy to use, fully automated online credit card processing system, including the use of alternatives such as PayPal and ShopPay. Should you wish to pay via direct bank transfer, please get in touch to discuss on +0843 122 9450.
What if I have issues with the back-office transaction processing?
We use reliable transaction processing partners such as ShopPay, PayPal and have experienced good reliability to date, however if you experience any problems in making your online purchase, please contact us directly on +0843 122 9450.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. VAT is included within the price. The price you see is the price you pay!
What if I find a better price online?
If you can find the same product being sold online for less, call us and we will beat it!
Can I use a discount code / voucher on a reduced price sale item?
As a business we want you to get the absolute best price on the internet, however, we can't accept discount codes in conjunction with sales or other discount codes.
Do you offer shipping to me?
The short answer is, probably, yes! The longer answer is please look at our Shipping Policy page, as some postcodes / items may incur additional surcharges or be ‘blocked’ by our shipping partners.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, within 5 working days, however based on the combination of locations we serve, the diverse range of products and stock levels, and potential lead times on items not yet in stock, this can vary with each purchase.
Can I track my order progress?
Yes. We will provide you with a tracking reference number on confirmation of dispatch.
What if there are parts missing from the item upon delivery?
Any parts which are found to be missing can be easily resolved via hello@thefurniturehaven.co.uk. All you will need to do is provide the correct information and missing part number/letter as stated on the assembly sheet. We will then arrange for the requested parts to be dispatched out to you or the order resolved in an alternative way satisfactory to yourself.
What if my item is damaged?
