Most stocked products will be shipped within five working days of receipt of your order, but generally within 48 hours. If an item is, or become, out of stock, then product lead times are normally identified on the relevant product page. In the unlikely event that you make a purchase and the item is later identified as out of stock, you will be contacted by us with an anticipated delivery date, at which point you shall have the option to cancel and be refunded in full if preferred.
Delivery
Transit times for delivery will vary according to location and availability of couriers, however we estimate that most items will be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch.
Delivery is offered FREE to UK mainland postcodes. As a guideline, this will be with reference to the map below:

However, customers within these 'excluded' postcodes should contact us prior to making their purchase as, depending upon the product, we may be able to offer shipping at an additional cost into these areas. The cost of such delivery is variable and, therefore, not included within the price advertised. As such, it is essential that we reach out to our delivery partners to garner the most appropriate options for your location.
Customers are reminded that they are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of billing and delivery addresses given at the time of purchase. The customer must also ensure that appropriate parking space is available for the delivery team and that any notable parking restrictions are identified at time of purchase.
In general, our delivery teams will only deliver to a ground floor location. If there is a working lift present, and the goods can fit within the lift, the delivery team may deliver to any floor. It is the customers responsibility to advise of any delivery restrictions at the time of purchase, but to be prepared in any event for goods to be delivered to ground floor locations, such as a ground floor lobby or communal area, only when elevators are unavailable.
Most items are delivered by single-person courier service. This means that the delivery driver will deliver to your front door, but is not insured to enter your premises.
Generally, items will require your signature as receipt of delivery and inspection, so there will need to be someone available at the delivery location and time. If delivery is attempted and fails, you should contact us at your earliest opportunity to attempt to rearrange delivery. This must be done within 24 hours of the attempted delivery, otherwise the product will likely have been returned and the re-shipping may then result in additional shipping costs for which we reserve the right to charge you for.
We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or costs incurred as a result of late deliveries irrespective of their cause. We will do our utmost to keep customers informed regularly, for example, through the use of delivery tracking apps, and seek resolution with the couriers at the earliest possible moment.
