Does your stock come flat packed or ready assembled?

Both! Many of our items are hand-crafter, sustainably sourced, solid wood products and are delivered fully assembled, while other designs come flat packed and require assembly. Product descriptions should identify which applies to each product.

How can I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking the "Add to cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your cart later) and when you are done shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer you an easy to use, fully automated online credit card processing system, including the use of alternatives such as PayPal and ShopPay. Should you wish to pay via direct bank transfer, please get in touch to discuss on +0843 122 9450.

What if I have issues with the back-office transaction processing?

All you will need to do is provide the correct information and missing part number/letter as stated on the assembly sheet. We will then arrange for the requested parts to be dispatched out to you or the order resolved in an alternative way satisfactory to yourself.
